FULLY QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS
At AIM2DRIVE we employ only fully qualified instructors. Because more than 19 out of 20 trainee instructors qualify with us we have no need for trainee licence holders. Qualifying with the expert assistance of our ORDIT trainers, means that our learner drivers are better served by instructors who’ve completed their training and passed all their exams.
YOUR VEHICLE
AIM2DRIVE uses the brand new Ford Fiesta with its improved safety features, emissions and fuel economy. Our instructors can choose to lease or buy; diesel or petrol model – the choice is yours.
Vehicles are liveried with the AIM2DRIVE branding and a promotional roof box is provided free of charge. As part of our “Complete Package”, we can arrange the ordering and delivery of your lease car at a very competitive price to include dual controls and insurance.
WEEKLY FRANCHISE
Our instructors don’t pay a weekly franchise fee until we have generated at least 5 paying pupils to them. You won’t find a better deal anywhere! Furthermore, unlike many of the larger driving schools we do not charge you a fee for the pupils we supply nor for any referral pupils you generate for yourself.
We charge a low, fixed, flat rate which is affordable and only when you have started to earn a living.
Our franchise fee, including the costs of your vehicle, is less than half that of one national driving school.
MENTORING SUPPORT
As part of your franchise fee we include regular support from the ORDIT trainer who built a working relationship with you during training. We believe in continuity. Assistance with developing your instructional techniques is vital in your first year. It’s important that you feel part of a team and that your confidence and skills improve.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
We pride ourselves on the technical and administrative support we provide for our franchised instructors. They tell us that they feel part of a team and not out there on their own. The support you can expect as part of your franchise fee can be summarised as follows:
- Telephone sales staff to source your new pupils
- Internet and local advertising and marketing that works
- Pupil training records, appointment cards etc
- Promotional leaflets for local area distribution
- Regular contact and advice from your ORDIT trainer
- Development training once you’ve qualified
- Assistance with acquiring and preparing your vehicle for tuition purposes
